The Ugly Truth About Gluten

Lately in our societies we have seen a huge increase in diets and lifestyles which seem to reject gluten at its max. A great example of such is Paleo, which is a kind of diet which puts all gluten food out of the menu. According to them gluten can be the root for many disease which are attacking our modern societies, however we are going to dig deeper in order to find if this statement is truth or not.
